I asked the security guard to check the bed, "he checked". We were upgraded to the 4th floor, haha, "upgrade", the room was gross. The security went over looked at it and called the front desk and told them we should change rooms.
As we were in the room, my son yells mommy look! Yup another big bed bug crawling in the bed my son was sleeping in (he had a few bites as well!). I showed him my bites, at this point I was swelling up really bad and told him I needed to go to the ER. (As if they had never experienced this!! google great escape bed bugs). He returned, I showed him the ziploc bag, he looked at it and asked me if I was sure this was a bed bug. A minute later I got a call from the front desk (she was very rude) stating they needed to know what was going on and I needed to let the security in, I told her ok and she said the security stated I refused to let him in (NOT true at all!). I called the front desk and asked them to bring plastic bags so I could put all my belongings away (I was freaking out, I did not want to bring this home since I hear it's a nightmare to get rid of!!) The security came in and gave me the bags, I asked him if any of the cleaning staff was around since I wanted to throw everything in the washer and he said they did not come in until around 7 then he left. Immediately I found the bug, it was an adult one, I killed it and placed it in a ziploc bag. A nightmare stay.I woke up at 2am covered in bites. As we were in the room, my son yells mommy look!
